When we using, we plan 20Kpcs for mass product, the current is more 4.6mA， it is 7.4mA 。
we use the 2MBPS air datarate at frequency 2473MHz, with low energy, (link with NRF24L01), DC/DC,

RE: NRF52810 0dbm and Current.

It's work as, sleep about 2.5S with 32.768Khz xtal, the current is about 1.5uA--2.0uA, the LF xtal is Epson fc_12M, load is 12.5pF.

The 32M XT is Epson too, TSX-3225, load is 12pF. After sleep, then work with 32MHz Xtal.

The 0dBm out, 3.0V, NOT use the BLE model.

The Website is give the BLE current.is it include the MCU working current?

we use NRF model. the software is done by another people.

The Antenna matched, the S11 <-10db.

The T5 is test for Ant output by network analyze(remove match part),and debug it, then test PIF antenna, at lest design the match part, and test it,(Remove the L4),test antenna match in T5. The network and RF cable is calibrated too.

RE: NRF52810 0dbm and Current.

Hi, the peak current for TX is expected to be around 6mA: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52810/_tmp/gluon/autodita/CURRENT/parameters.id_current_radio.html?cp=3_3_0_4_1_0_1

7.4 mA seems a bit too high. It seems like the current consumption after the crystal ramp up is too high (standby), it's 2 mA in your plot. Please look here to see how it's supposed to look: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/power

The standby current is supposed to be about 0.5mA. So that makes me think that the HF crystal you are using consumes 2mA of current. Which HF crystal are you using? Can you please post the schematics? Thanks

Also, if the antenna is not properly matched the TX current will also increase. Please check antenna matching network.
