For instance, can I use MIPI to control RF switches, but at the same time use MAGPIO to enable GPS LNA etc?

&lt;p&gt;You should be able to do that, yes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you gotten any indications it should not work, or do you see any issues when trying to use both at the same time?&lt;/p&gt;
