I might first try uninstalling it all and reinstalling, in case something went wrong with the update.

Could you try downloading the nRF command line tools and run 'nrfjprog --recover' in your command line.

If this doesn't help, please generate a system report in nRFConnect (top-left dropdown menu) and upload the file generated here.
