&lt;p&gt;The debug-out header P20 is exactly 10mm (to the left of, on the above picture) from header P16. If you have the Arduino header layout you can work from there. You can also download the nRF52 DK hardware files &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Kits/nRF52-DK/Download#infotabs"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
