I resolved the issue using putting device bootloader method.

I found some relevant questions: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../nrf52840-dev-board-not-detecting and followed the steps. It works. I made a edited picture to show the steps:

Yes, it was showing like this before the board got fried or malfunctioned, not sure.

I tried but it prompts, "There is no debugger connected to the PC". The problem is board is behaving almost dead in the debugger side, however onboard nRF52840 side written firmware application working properly.
