ns is used to specify that the firmware image is to be built as nonsecure. You can read more about secure vs nonsecure here.

Hi Jeremy,

Sorry I am not sure why this case went to the spam filter but it should be back to normal now. I think you have selected the wrong board. The correct board for this project is nrf9160_pca10090ns.
