Thank so for the reply. The issue was with bootloader and FDS together, seems like bootloader was using same pages as the FDS.
Disabling the DFU init solved the issue.

Hi,

The fact that the FDS is corrupted again by your reset indicates that something corrupts the FDS flash pages.

Do you write directly to flash in your application (or bootloader or similar)? If so, have you made sure that this does not touch the FDS pages?
Can you try to read the FDS pages using nrfjprog --mrmrd to and compare the content before and after this issue?

You are right thank you
Erasing whole chip helped solved the issue for the first boot
But the re is another problem

If the device is turned off and on the issue comes back

If i want to have device on the field this must not happen

Have you tried doing a full chip erase?

ISTR that stuff can get "left over" from previous projects - and that can confuse FDS ... ?

Yes, It says that there are no flash pages available, but I have 3 virtual pages enabled in config, and I am using them only with FDS

So have you looked-up what error code 11 means ?
