I am using NRF52832(WLCSP package) and nRF5_SDK_15.2.0 for the product.
I also use IAR Embedded workbench 8.32.1 as IDE.

Few hundreds devices are assembled in factory line.
In that event, I met one device which has weird situation.

Could it be that either the LF or HF crystal on your board is faulty/not connected properly? Also, please specify what changes you've done when "changing code optimization".

You should also check to see if this works in "debug level none" mode.

Regarding on-site support, you'll have to contact your RSM (Regional Sales Manager) for details. If you need their contact info, please use the Sales related questions form (make the subject on-site support).

Best regards,

I like to add one more thing.

If debugger is connected, This situation is not occurred also.

As soon as, debugger is disconnected, This situation is occurred.

That's one of reason that hard to find out where this situation came from.

Thanks,

Sorry, my bad.

What I meant to change option is changing code optimization option as below.

I tried to find out where this kind of error occurred. But, it is hard to track in this system.

As soon as I find, I will let you know.

By the way, Is there any way to get support on site?

Thanks,

Sorry, but I'm really struggling to understand what you mean. What do you change the optimization option from and to? You're saying the issue doesn't occur when you change the memory settings, correct? If the memory settings are wrong, you should get an error from the SoftDevice telling you what these setting should be.

Do you get an error of any kind when you flash your firmware to this device?

Best regards,

No body calls that code. It only happen on device for now.

What I mean "alignment" is code alignment or memory alignment by giving compilation option. It may also code placement by linker. Because If I add unused code or change optimization option in compiler, address is rearranged by linker and compiler.

Thanks,

All your devices have the same code, correct? And none of the other devices show the same error? This makes it hard to believe that it is a firmware issue in any case.

I don't understand what you mean by "it may related alignment". Could you try to elaborate on this?

Could you specify how it hangs, and at what point in the code it does? Seeing as this only occurs in one device, my guess is that whatever peripheral/component the device is using when your application hangs, is not properly soldered/connected.
