Try to do an erase all before trying to program. Hopefully that will make it program on the first try.

Hi.

This is unfortunately a bug with SEGGER, it has been reported and hopefully it will be fixed soon. The only workaround in the meantime seems to be to flash the kit multiple times with merged hex file.
