I don't know what your custom boards are like, so it's impossible for me to say what exactly to modify, but you'll at least have to modify the LED and button assignments so you'll be able to use the application.

There are so many header files and .c files. How do we know which file to modify. Let's say that we are working with Lightswitch example, which is the exact code to be modified?

Hi Sai

It should be fine using just one Development Kit for most examples, like the Light Switch example, etc. As long as you modify the example code to "fit" the custom boards, you should be able to use the custom boards as client/server as well.
