I want to exit this mode but when I unplug and reconnect USB, led does not light and port does not show. In that case, you can try to re-program the J-link FW by copying&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/-/media/Software-and-other-downloads/Dev-Kits/nRF5x-DK-files/J-Link-OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi-170724.bin">J-Link-OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi-170724.bin</a>&nbsp;to the BOOTLOADER drive, then power-cycle the board.
