Thanks for sharing the .hex file. You have built it correctly, the problem is that the bootloader starting from SDK 15.3.0 is using the MBR section in the Softdevice to store the bootloader start and mbr params page address. Yes, the same result was obtained when "Download" was selected after "Erase".

Yes, it should work in Keil as well. Did you erase the chip first?

May I try Flash from the development environment Keil?
In this case, the following is displayed when you flash download the build hex.

Error: Flash Download failed-"Cortex-M4"

Please try to use nrfjprog or nRF connect desktop instead. nRFgo studio is replaced by the programmer app in nRF connect.
