Hi,

Are you sure that you need a custom bootloader ? We already have bootloaders available, that fits most use-cases. You can find the bootloader example in <SDK_InstallFolder>\examples\dfu\bootloader_secure_ble

Hi,

Thank you for replay, so its the first time that i use Nordic IC SoC (nRF52832) andI am not very familiar with their use, So I would like to develop a bootloader to be able to update my firmware and I didn't know where to start and how I could test all this once my development finished.

Assume that SoftDevice, How can I develope my custom bootloader ?

What do you mean by this ?

If you are doing the OTA DFU over BLE, then you need to be using the SoftDevice(BLE stack) as the transport layer. But, you can of course do a single update containing only the new application firmware.
