&lt;p&gt;How many chips have you tested? Is the chip used in your own hardware or in a DK? Can you give us information about the build code of the chip (chip markings on the top)?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you also read the app flash on both devices, a failing one and a working one and check if the app area is identical on the two?&lt;/p&gt;
