Please check out the GAP Advertising types on the Infocenter. It seems you want to use BLE_GAP_ADV_TYPE_NONCONNECTABLE_SCANNABLE_UNDIRECTED advertising. You can see I.E. the ble_app_beacon SDK example for how you initialize the advertising parameters correctly and use that as a reference.

Thanks, I just figured it out but do you know how can I set it to scannable but non-connectable.

If you wish to change advertising data you must stop any advertising, change your initialisation data, re-initialise the advertising and then restart it.
