Hi,

There are various ANT examples in the SDK:

Some of the examples can be setup to communicate between two nRF52-DK, while some examples require an ANTUSB-m dongle, this is described in the documentation for the individual ANT examples you are working on, e.g.:

E.g. Testing the Broadcast Transmitter with the Broadcast Receiver (require nRF52-DK as counterpart) vs. Testing the Broadcast Transmitter using ANTware II (require ANTUSB-m dongle as counterpart).

ANTware II always require an ANTUSB-m dongle.
