After some asking around, I got my hands on an nRF52811 chip myself, and it seems nRFConnect doesn't support the nRF52811 as of yet. I have confirmed that the nRF Command Line Tools supports it though, so you should be able to program it like that. You should also be able to program the chip using SEGGER Embedded Studios or Keil uVision I guess if you need to program it using a Mac.

I can't give you any details on if or when support for the nRF52811 on nRFConnect will be available, but you can contact your Regional Sales Manager (RSM) if you want more details on this.

I am using the device on a Mac but I will try it on a PC . I have attached the log file as requested.devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../nrfconnect_2D00_system_2D00_report_2D00_2019_2D00_08_2D00_20T01_2D00_48_2D00_12.394Z.pdf

I was able to connect it the target using J-link Flash Lite and program the soft device. I will try on another PC to see if the results are the same.

What version of nRFConnect and the Programmer app are you using, and what J-Link firmware version is the latest one you found?

Please generate a system report (see picture below) when you try connecting your nRF52811 to nRFConnect and upload it here, so I can have a look.

You could also try using the nRF Command Line Tools to program your device to see if you have any luck with that.
