&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Update:&lt;/strong&gt; This may be related to MSD. You can open up JLink Commander, write in this command:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;pre class="ui-code" data-mode="text"&gt;MSDDisable&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;amp; then power cycle the chip to see if this solves the issue. MSD needs to be disabled on both Linux &amp;amp; Mac.
