 Issue:

The main issue was not including the .c files in the left project directory overview bar. Issue now is having the project folder in the SDK, unless i want to do the tedious task of updating 150 file paths...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You have this version of Segger Embedded Studio:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Note that it says &lt;strong&gt;(Nordic Edition)&lt;/strong&gt;, this version is ment to be used with &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/index.html"&gt;nRF Connect SDK and the nRF91 &lt;/a&gt;only.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Segger Embedded Studio version used for SDK 15.3 is this one:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I downloaded and installed following &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v15.0.0%2Fnrf51_getting_started.html"&gt;this&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;link. I&amp;#39;ve had succes writing to the GPIOs (development kit SW and LEDs) without GPIOTE.&lt;/p&gt;
