 I am using radio tool radio_modulated_tx_carrier_duty_cycle() function to generate radio waves for FCC testing.

&lt;p&gt;You are not able to access the RADIO registers when the Softdevice is enabled. Regulatory (e.g. FCC) testing is anyway usually performed with a device that only runs a test application, such as our &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v15.3.0/nrf_radio_test_example.html?cp=5_1_4_6_29"&gt;radio test example&lt;/a&gt; or &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v15.3.0/ble_sdk_app_dtm_serial.html?cp=5_1_4_5"&gt;DTM example&lt;/a&gt;, not the end application.&lt;/p&gt;
