Nice to see you here.

I tested it here for nb-iot with Telia sim using your APN and confirmed it works well as below.

I also tested it with your sim but it was rejected by local network.

What I suggest now is for you to use the attached binary for test. If it works, the binary you build at your end must be an issue but if it doesn't work, something between UE and eNB should be an issue.

So could you kindly try it again with the attached one and let me know the result?

Great! Good to hear that you solved the issue. Another application engineer tested the HTTP app update with a Telia SIM on nB-IoT & he said it worked fine. Need to double check whether this was v1.0.0 or latest master branch.

Update: The test was done using v1.0.0 of NCS.

Hi, regarding the sys_reboot(): I solved the problem by reflashing the SPM (without any change in the code). Now it works.

Yeah, I also tried it with 0,1, SYS_REBOOT_WARM and SYS_REBOOT_COLD. Also tried it just by placing it to main without anything or using a work handler. Nothing worked out.

Yeah, sorry about that. I will try again with nB soon & get back to you. Regarding your other question, I am not too sure. Does nrfjprog -r work in that case? I see there is also an option for a cold reboot:

Okay thanks for the info - I am on NB-IoT, I will try to get some network traces. One other question:

When I call sys_reboot() the system halts and there is no more output on the console, but the reboot is not carried out. CONFIG_REBOOT is set to "y" in prj.conf.
Can you help me with that?

I just tried again with v1.0.0 using a v0.8.5 DK & everything worked fine on LTE-M1. There may be something with the LTE network maybe? I cannot reproduce your error unfortunately.

In general, unless you require new functionality, it is always recommended to use the latest tagged release of NCS. The latest master branch could be unstable, as developers are constantly coming up with new features (and introducing new bugs too unfortunately) 🙂

thanks for your answer. No I am using v1.0.0 currently. I guess there is no problem with the lte connection, bc the mqtt connection works fine for example.

Very sorry for the delayed response. I have tested both on NCS v1.0.0 & the latest master branch. The latest master branch from this morning seems to be stable. I did not receive a download client error & the app worked like stated in the documentation.

You are referring to the latest master branch, correct?
