No, the nRF52810 and nRF52811 should be very similar, the main difference is the improved radio in the nRF52811 allowing for things such as direction finding in Bluetooth 5.1.

Can you let me know what the revision code printed on the chips you used for testing?

The nRF52810 and nRF52811 should work the same, but the current nrf_esb library is not tested for the nRF52811.
