You could try switching switch 1 & 2 in different positions, but I do not think this will make a difference. Do you have the v0.8.2 nRF91 DK board? You can see this on the white sticker on the back of the DK.

Could you please send me a picture of your nRF91 DK setup so that I can see all of the switches, etc?

It was still nothing nomatter SW5 to nRF52 or nRF91.

The USB port and USB cable were correct connection on PCA10056 board.

I think the USB port and cable was ok.......

Could you please switch SW5 to nRF52 & try running nrfjprog -i again? Could you try with different USB cables & different USB ports too please? It seems something may be wrong with the interface MCU FW.

So SW5 was set to nRF91 & not nRF52, correct? Yes
Is LED5 on the DK on when you plug in a USB cable & turn the DK on? YES

nrfjprog -i => nothing.....

Did you remove nRF Connect for Desktop, download the executable from here & then reinstall v3.1.0? Which version of the link monitor are you currently running?

nrfjprog -i

Did you remove nRF Connect for Desktop, download the executable from here & then reinstall v3.1.0? Which version of the link monitor are you currently running?
