&lt;p&gt;What does the Raytec &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;documentation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; say?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The AT commands will be proprietary to Raytec - they have nothing to do with Nordic.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;On the phone, RSSI is the strength of the signal being received &lt;em&gt;at the phone&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Adjusting the modules Tx power will affect this.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On the module,&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;RSSI is the strength of the signal being received &lt;em&gt;at the module&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Adjusting the modules Tx power will &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;not&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; affect this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are SoftDevice APIs for accessing RSSI&lt;/p&gt;
