Note that "my (sic) method" just mentioned the Include Path - which, as the name suggests, relates to files referenced via #include
but still i am getting error as like this
No, that's a different error:
micro_ecc_lib_nrf51.lib: No such file or directory
That's a .lib file - a library - not a header file!

There is a separate Path setting to tell the Linker where to find libraries.

Again, this is standard project setup - nothing specifically to do with Nordic - so look in the Keil documentation

Note that setting up the Include Paths is not specific to Nordic - you do it exactly the same way that you would with any Keil project.
So have you checked that the file does actually exist at all ?

If it does exist, is it in a location where the tools are configured to find it?

You haven't said what tools you're using, or what platform they're running on. If you're on Linux, remember that it is case-sensitive...
