No. The nRF Connect for Android source code is not available, unfortunately.

I am just using an open connection without any encryption.

Is there any example in order to establish the connection between the App and the Nordic device?

Are you using any encryption or MITM protection from your BLE server? Or are you just using an open connection? You might also want to check if the devices are bonding or not, if you are using a peer manager and using encryption, LESC, etc the peer manager might block re-pairing from previously paired devices.
