Thanks very much. I know that nrf51822 is very old and not recommend for new design, but in our country only this module available and other nrf modules doesn't exist.

So can you tell me, when data exchange between ble peripheral and Android app, this connection is secure or encrypted with dynamic key or we can implement secure protocol like encrypt with aes dynamic or static symmetric key?

Note that nRF51 is not recommended for new BLE designs:

But the Nordic UART Service (NUS) is certainly available in SDK Version: 12.3.0:
