 We can&amp;#39;t connect jlink to nRF52840,then we check the voltage of DEC pins, Is this correct? 
 And what&amp;#39;s the function of DEC pins(DEC1\DEC2\DEC5)? &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;No, you should check the VDD pin to see if you have the correct voltage.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;The DEC pins are just decoupling pins as described in the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52840/pin.html?cp=3_0_0_6_0"&gt;pin assignments&lt;/a&gt;. You can read more about the decoupling on the nRF52840 in this whitepaper: &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/nwp_030/WP/nwp_030/intro.html"&gt;nWP030 - Power supply decoupling capacitor selection&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
