I can successfully detect and communicate with the PCA10001 using windows x64 MCP. I can also detect and communicate with it using android 5.0.

I haven't start development on Android yet. This behaviour has started since the last update of iOS7. I think is because BLE do not require pairing. On Android you can see it listed but I think you cannot pair with it. In fact the notion of pairing no long exists in BLE.

RE: IOS Version 8.1.2 Won't Detect PCA10001

Is it supposed to behave that way in android as well? The App can see it though. once the App connect to the BLE then it will show in setting with connected state and disappear when the App disconnects.
