I was able to install driver from nRF5 SDK for one of the comm port that Thingy91 enumerated in my Win7 computer. I am able to see application logs and interact with the application using this comm port.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the examples folder in the nRF5 SDK, there is a USB CDC ACM driver that also works for the Thingy:91.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can install this driver from the device manager, by right-clicking on the Thingy:91 UART device.&lt;/p&gt;
