Hi Knalle,

If you have a new enough J-Link that supports the M33-architecture that shouldn't be a problem. (both for application FW and modem FW)

So if I get the J-Link EDU with hardware version 9 or 10 will I be able to update the modem firmware with that? The user guide only says that I should connect it to the nRF91 DK to do so. If you don't know, where do I find that information? I don't want to buy something if I can't use it.

Hi Knalle,

It depends on which Hardware version of the J-Link EDU you are using.

Please see the following link and see if your device supports M33.

Then you can follow this guide on how to program/debug.
