Hi，When I upgraded the device using usb dfu, after entering the app, there will be an additional current of about 180uA（Sometimes appear）.
Both reset and system off reset are invalid and can only be accessed by plugging and

RE: Only power on reset can reduce power consumption!

Hi

Does the chip work as intended except for the somewhat high current consumption? Are you able to connect to another device and read/write characteristics and so on? Also, have you made any changes to the bootloader that may turn something on when you branch the bootloader to your application?

Best regards,

Please elaborate a bit more on your test setup. Are you testing this using an nRF52840DK, or are you using custom hardware? By "sometimes appear" does this mean the increase in current consumption appears randomly after DFU using USB or is it reliably reproducible? What do you mean by reset being invalid, do you get an error code/return value of some sort when you try resetting the chip? Also, how are you measuring the current on your chip?

Best regards,
