But you will of course need to do your own&nbsp;evaluation here. When it comes to the SPH0645, there are some <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/15713/i2s-32-bit-word-size">incompatibilities due to the 32-bit word length</a>. </span><span>PDM&nbsp;microphones&nbsp;could also be an option, this is something we use in our&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-low-energy/nRFready-Smart-Remote-3-for-nRF52-Series">Smart Remote 3</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Nordic-Thingy-52">Thingy:52</a>&nbsp;reference design.&nbsp;In the Smart Remote 3 design, we have support for&nbsp;echo/noise cancellation, and audio compression support using OPUS, BroadVoice&nbsp;and ADPCM.</span></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
