Thanks It is working properly now.

Is there reference document for that RC as the source for the low frequency clock so if same problem comes for the other board i can configure.?
How we can calculate that particular values..?

Hi Rohit,

as awneil is proposing with his link, youdo not have the 32kHz crystal on your custom board and need to switch the LFCLK source from XTAL to the internal RC, i.e. set the following values in the sdk_config.h file

NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_SRC 0

NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_RC_CTIV 16

NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_RC_TEMP_CTIV 2

NRF_SDH_CLOCK_LF_ACCURACY 1
