Yes, you should be able to merge the Transmitter and Receiver examples so that you can have one node based on the nRF52832 that can switch between the two roles, i.e TX or RX.

A question.
As I understand i can organize program based on this protocol to switch between TX sender and RX listener inside of my node (with nrf52832) caused by some condition?

If you are looking for a basic proprietary 2.4GHz example, then I would recommend taking a look at our ESB examples, see Enhanced ShockBurst and Enhanced ShockBurst User Guide.
