Yes I have already application which use ble for send/receive data from mobile. Now I want to have OTA over ble.

Hi,

What do you mean by "use same bluetooth for same ota and application"? Same as what? I think maybe the use of the word "same" is an error in translation. Can you try to write it in a different way?

We do have a BLE DFU bootloader in the nRF5 SDK, which can be triggered over BLE from the application through the use of Buttonless DFU. Is that what you are looking for?
