I am designing a custom board with nRF52832(or nRF52840) to be programmed using ARM mbed os(specifically). I would like it to be programmed using tag connect tc2050(SWD pins). I am attempting it to be low power(assuming I won't add any fancy sensors

RE: nRF52832 with ARM mbed-os

Sorry, but we do not have experience with mbed-OS, as Nordic is not involved in the work with mbed-OS. Feel free to check out the nRF5 SDK instead.

In terms of hardware and layout: Adding a tag-connect header sounds good, follow the pcb guidelines in the datasheet for the part you are using, and before you send it to production you can ask us to do a review of the schematic and layout by making a private devzone case.
