What happens if you change -device NRF52832_XXAA to NRF52810_XXAA in the JLink.exe command arguments?

Can you try nrfjprog --recover? nrfjprog can be downloaded here: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Command-Line-Tools/Download#infotabs

Which debugger are you using?

I don't about "of course"; it's quite a common misunderstanding, and the diagram isn't entirely clear - especially given the direction of the arrow on pin 1.

So just checking to be sure.

Of course not, i have an external power source which gives me the 3.3V i need

Are you assuming that pin 1 of the J-Link provides power to the target?

That's not (usually) the case - the J-Link uses it to sense the voltage from the target ...
