So I&nbsp;suspect the&nbsp;<span>DFU_OP_SET_ADV_NAME may be failing for some reason.&nbsp;Are you able to debug the FW app while you initiate DFU from your iOS device to maybe confirm this?&nbsp;</span></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
