Development: Python 3 (3.7.3), Bluepy library

I am able to connect with the Thingy module and retrieve data, but after around 1 minute time period Thingy gets disconnected.

It is a kernel side restriction regarding Connection Interval for BLE Connection:

Solution:

echo 6 > /sys/kernel/debug/bluetooth/hci0/conn_min_interval
echo 20 > /sys/kernel/debug/bluetooth/hci0/conn_max_interval

From the wireshark scan, can you share the pcapng file as well?

Regarding the nRF Sniffer, you do need an nRF Dongle or DK for that one.

Have you measured the time accurately (e.g. with stop watch)? What is the exact timing, and is it the same every time?

Can you provide a sniffer log?

Previously we have seen similar issues when the application running on the nRF does not handle a request, e.g. data update request in IoT examples. This could be something similar. A sniffer log will reveal what happens before disconnection.
