I updated to 4.20a and it works for 1 of my computer...while the other does not...

I am very sorry for missing this.

Do you have an older SES installed? You can download the latest from the link in nRF getting started app in nRF connect for desktop.

You should be able to download the "merged.hex" from SES:

Could you check if you're on the latest SES Nordic Edition (v4.20), and see if you are able to program the "merged.hex"?
