Hi,

1) The NFC module lets you use the nRF52832 to implement a NFC-A type 2 or type 4 tag. You can read more about it here, and see the SW examples we have for it here, which gives an indication for what you can use it for. For BLE the most notable feature is probably touch-to-pair.

2) See this link. The AA or AB of QFAA/QFAB indicates the flash variant, R, T and R7 indicates the container in which the devices are delivered.
