That must be done on the master SPI I presume, as a slave SPI device I can only refer to the timing requirements. If you can't change the timing on the master SPI, then the next step would be enable constant latency on the slave SPI device to allow shorter period between CSN and CLK.

The key is the first byte received right, but the second byte lost, the period between them more than 4ms, how can i get the second byte?

can I change CLK to CSN hold time?

The timing restriction here is the time from CSN go low and first clock cycle on SPI. If you are using low power mode this should be >10us, if you are using constant latency mode you should use >1us.

Pretty sure that USB socket is there to let you capture screenshots:

That will give you a nice, clear, readable, square-on image - far better than a photo!
