I just check the 0x40000578 value is 0x00000001 which mean the DCDC enabled.

Now I am confused if this is not enough to guarantee the chip work as DCDC mode?

The most important is, if the TWI current can be lower? This is very important to our product.

Using EasyDMA doesn't necessarily reduce current consumption, the main advantage is that it off load the processor. From your screenshot I think you are not using DCDC, so I would consider that.
