&lt;p&gt;Looking at the code, it does not look like it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From the code, it looks like it only looks for the &amp;quot;content-range&amp;quot; field of the header, and would therefore not handle any other response than OK.&lt;/p&gt;
