How should USB part of the ANT module (the one with the ANT processor firmware be mounted)

Looking at your screenshot again, I can see that the master channel is setup with channel ID 34,1,1 and the slave channel is setup with channel ID 0,3,1. This won't work, on the slave channel try channel ID 0,0,0 or 0,1,1.

1. I have written the code of ant_tx_io in one of my modules,

2. But the manual says something regarding ANT processor firmware.

Im not following the instructions to connect USB interface. Should the USB board provided be connected to IO board and bluetooth module and then programmed with ANT firmware? Should i include the Soft device? How to program this?

Hi,

I assume you are working with the DK from Dynastream: https://www.thisisant.com/resources/ant-soc-module-starter-kit-manual/

From your description it may seem as the module that should be transmitting (master) is not transmitting, thereby ANTware doesn't display any data from the USB board.

You may need to follow chapter 4 and 5 to setup a new transmitter.

If you have access to an nRF52-DK you may also setup that as transmitter:
