Both clientId should be nrf-&amp;lt;IMEI&amp;gt;. If all that matches then make sure you are running lastes modem FW and latest asset tracker application.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;BTW: its also expected to get a POLLHUP the first time a kit connects after it has been deleted. &lt;p&gt;2. completely deleted my account and opened a new one&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. replaced both SIM card and board&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. updated modem FW&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I too have an old devkit without a PIN&amp;nbsp; (but new HW version 0.8.5)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it also worked for me very well until last week&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
