I would like to send some data i read over I2C. &lt;p&gt;You can use the TWI (I2C) when the stack is running.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can have a look at &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/12230/twi-with-s110-on-nrf51822/"&gt;this thread&lt;/a&gt; where there is an example of TWI using PPI, or can have a look at this example which use &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/nrf51-ble-app-lbs/tree/twi-display-5.1.0"&gt; TWI SHORT&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
