Hello, the connection problem is already solved, it was just changing the cable, my question now is why in Linux I can't work on the board?

Surely, the COM port and Removable Drive should appear without needing any Segger software installed?

That doesn't make sense

Do you get a COM port for the DK ?

I have nRF DK rigth connected.

When I plug the DK to my Pc windows, do not see any use device.

In device manager the com port is not working with DK (it works correctly with other devices)

Note: when I plug the DK in the USB port, LED 5 flashes papidly

You could have said that in the first place!

Remember that we cannot see your screen, or what you are doing, or how you have things connected.

So: when you plug the DK into your PC, does it see any USB devices at all?

In Device Manager, do you see the COM port ?

Hi,

I cannot explore in the windows explorer the nRF DK as an USB drive.

I am using the correct socket, the DK is brand new.

I am using windows 10

the SW bottons do the correct ligthing (each botton flash the correct LED)

What, exactly, do you mean by that?

Does the drive not appear at all?

Or what?

What is your development platform - Windows? Mac? Linux? - and version?

Are you sure you have the correct USB socket? There are two ...

Is it a brand new DK, or has someone else been using it before you ?
