Does nRF905 communicate underground? I mean if I bury one chip underground would it be able to transmit to a receiver on the ground?
If yes, How deep could the communication happen successfully (for example, 6,12,18,24 inches or deeper?)

RE: nRF905 Underground transmission Capabilities

This depends on so many things that you have to test. 433 MHz will generally give more range than 868 or 915 MHz. The size of the antennas have great impact as well.
